2 User Account

Some DiziDocs Invoicing features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Take reasonable steps to protect your password and account.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security issue caused by DiziCode Infotech.

3 Free Credits

DiziDocs Invoicing may provide new users with 100 free credits for invoice generation or other eligible features.

Free credits:

• Are provided for promotional or introductory purposes.
• May be subject to eligibility requirements.
• May not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or converted into cash.
• May expire or be modified if specifically stated on the platform.
• May be withdrawn in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

The number of credits required for a particular action may be displayed on the platform and may change from time to time.

4 Paid Credits and Services

DiziDocs Invoicing may offer paid credit packages or other paid features.

Before completing a purchase, the applicable price and credit quantity will be displayed to you.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• The information provided during payment is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You understand the applicable credit package and pricing before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. DiziCode Infotech does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers unless specifically stated.

5 Invoice Content

You are solely responsible for the information entered into invoices, including:

• Customer details
• Product or service descriptions
• Prices, taxes, and discounts
• Payment information, dates, and invoice numbers
• Other financial or commercial information

DiziDocs Invoicing provides tools for generating invoices but does not verify whether the information entered by you is accurate, complete, legally compliant, or appropriate for your business.

You should review every invoice before downloading, sending, or using it for business, accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

6 Tax and Legal Compliance

DiziDocs Invoicing is a software tool and does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with all laws, regulations, tax requirements, and accounting requirements applicable to your business and location.

DiziCode Infotech does not guarantee that an invoice generated using DiziDocs Invoicing will satisfy every tax, GST, accounting, or regulatory requirement applicable to your particular business.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DiziDocs Invoicing:

• For fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• To create fake or misleading invoices.
• To impersonate another person or business.
• To generate documents for illegal transactions.
• To upload malicious files or harmful code.
• To interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• To attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• To exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security weaknesses.
• To use automated methods to abuse free credits or platform resources.
• To resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8 User Data and Privacy

Your use of personal information through DiziDocs Invoicing is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority or lawful basis to enter or upload personal information belonging to your customers, employees, suppliers, or other third parties.

You should not upload sensitive information unless it is necessary for the intended use of the Service.

9 Intellectual Property

DiziDocs Invoicing, including its software, website design, interface, branding, logos, templates, graphics, text, code, and other platform materials, is owned by or licensed to DiziCode Infotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use invoices generated through DiziDocs Invoicing for your legitimate business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit the DiziDocs Invoicing platform or its underlying technology without prior written permission.

10 Third-Party Services

DiziDocs Invoicing may use third-party services for payment processing, authentication, analytics, hosting, email delivery, cloud storage, security, or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. DiziCode Infotech is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

11 Service Availability

We aim to keep DiziDocs Invoicing available and reliable; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, server issues, security incidents, internet or network failures, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify or temporarily suspend features when necessary for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

12 Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important business records and invoices.

Although reasonable measures may be taken to protect stored information, DiziCode Infotech does not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, or inaccessible.

13 Disclaimer

DiziDocs Invoicing is provided as a software service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiziCode Infotech does not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet every individual business requirement.
• Generated invoices will be free from errors.
• The Service will always be available.
• The Service will satisfy a particular tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory requirement.
• Information generated through the platform will be suitable for every business purpose.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiziCode Infotech shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of or inability to use DiziDocs Invoicing.

This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, data, revenue, or reputation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
• You misuse credits or platform resources.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
